2、锅中水沸后,加少许油和盐,放入豌豆粒煮七八分钟,捞出备用,放入玉米粒煮两三分钟,捞出备用,葱切末备用;
3、锅中油热后,放入葱花炒香,胡萝卜丁翻炒均匀,放入豌豆粒、玉米粒翻炒两分钟;

3、加入西红柿丁翻炒至粘稠;
4、加入少量罗勒碎拌匀;
5、倒入笋丁和玉米,加入一大勺素耗油、适量盐、糖调味;
6、待笋丁和玉米熟了,加入水淀粉勾芡即可出锅。
